“Greatly appreciate both Jacob and Luke. Jacob did a wonderful job demonstrating how the whole house water softener and filtration, and the reverse osmosis, systems work and the benefits of both. And Luke did an excellent job installing both of those systems. Both men were professional, courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this company based on their product knowledge, the quality of their products and their excellent customer service. We love what the system has done to improve the quality of our water. Thank you!”

“This is my honest experience with this company. I just purchased a home a few months ago. The last owner used this company. So I called them. First time they came, they changed my water filter under the sink and changed something outside on my water softener. I just called them to check and see if my water softener is in working order. That was it! They left. Mind you that everything in my home was in working order before their technician showed up at my house. When he left, my dishwasher stopped working. He did some working under my sink and messed with plumbing ( pipes). I called them back. Technician came next day and fixed the problem. The mistake on my part was not to go outside and look at my water softener while he was at my house. After he worked on it, it overflowed and flooded the side of my house. The thing was about to burst. Sent them a vídeo and nothing. I paid this company $850 to basically break my things. I actually want to laugh because is sad. Very sad. I turned off my water softener and I’ll probably put a complaint in for the BBB. This is unacceptable. I was probably going to use them to replace my water softener. NOT ANYMORE! I don’t apologize for this. But your company is not professional and extremely expensive. I don’t know if you will fix it or make it worse. I always read the bad reviews first for a reason. I should have read it before calling them. Other people seemed to be having similar problems with this company. $850!!!!!”
