“I also didn’t appreciate that he compared my car maintenance to getting my hair and nails done. Those are completely different things, and I didn’t understand the comparison. If the vehicle was already being inspected under the hood, I would have preferred to be told about everything that needed attention upfront so I could make an informed decision. Instead, after I paid for the initial repairs, I was told about additional issues, including what they said was an A/C leak, which made it feel like more problems kept being added after the fact. Overall, I spent over $3,000 at this shop. The only reason I returned was because my check engine light came back on, and they believed it was an engine issue. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like transparency was lacking, and I found the process unprofessional. Because of that, I won’t be returning. I would give no stars tbh”
