“Had Houston HVAC Alliance conduct a check of my system yesterday. The technician was very knowledgeable and through with this checks of both HVAC systems. The checks included checks of capacitors, refrigerant and electrical connections at the condensers outside. Inside the attic, the electrical connections were checked as well as the condensate drain lines from the evaporator coils. The technician answered all questions and was a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend this company for HVAC service.”

For this service they sent their technician, Louis Nelson, to our home. Louis is a true professional: detail-oriented, highly skilled, an excellent communicator and obviously enjoys his chosen career. While we didn't expect anything to be amiss, Louis did find two issues that needed to be addressed. He documented both issues with photos and explained in detail what needed to be done, why, and what could happen. We approved both issues to be taken care of and he again documented what he did with photos showing us the before and after.
