“On June 26th I was hit with the problem that nobody wants to face, air conditioner quits working around 8:00 PM on Saturday night. I called Hylton Heating and Cooling answering service. The lady I talked to said she would have someone call me about setting up a service call. In probably 10-15 minutes Hylton called me and said they had a techician working on a call and he would come to my house when he finished that call. I got a text later saying that the technician was on the way. When the technician arrived, I learned that the technician was in fact Billy Hylton, who also owns the company. Billy checked everything outside and determined that the problem was somewhere inside. We are having our bathroom remodeled and it just happens to be in the same are where the AC lines are. Billy took his time and checked everything out in the bathroom until he finally found where the contractor had nicked the AC power line. He removed the screw and the AC started working again. By then it was nearly 11:00PM. After all this time, I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. You can't say enough good things about a company and especially the owner that works after hours and on a weekend and provides this kind of service. I had Hylton originally install the AC unit and have had them service it. I can honestly say that everyone I have dealt with at this company has provided excellent service and our true professionals at their job. I highly recommend them if you need heating and cooling services.”
