Both employees reintroduced themselves, showed them around, understood my concerns, performed a maintenance tuneup on my AC unit. Perfomed a very complete AC tuneup, condenser, fan and evaporator cleaning, check ductwork for leaks, checked operation AC, added freon as needed and performed other unit check.
