“We have been using the Lamberts for air conditioning service for approximately 30 years. They are always courteous and professional and bend over backwards to serve our needs. I would and do recommend them to anyone for all AC/heat repair and replacement. A great team and a great company!”

“Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Lambert Air Conditioning replaced 3 dampers in my system about two months ago. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed the dampers weren’t opening properly again, which started causing airflow issues in the house. I called to have them come out and was told, “No one likes to work Saturdays.” Seriously? I had to call another company just to get cold air flowing again. When I followed up during the week, they refused to send anyone unless the entire AC unit was not working—which makes no sense considering the issue was directly related to their recent repair and is still under warranty. They’ve been rude, dismissive, and are now refusing to even return my calls. They do not stand by their work, and their customer service is shockingly unprofessional. I would never recommend Lambert to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service”

“More times than I care to count we have had to call in Mr. Lambert and his son Shannon to rescue us from an AC disaster. In a particularly memorable emergency they stayed at our home until almost midnight to make sure we had proper cooling in the house for our young children and an elderly parent living with us and then came back the next day to complete the permanent fix. Since then I have gone out of my way to tell EVERYONE I know that they are amazing!!! Both my husband and I have recommend Lambert to every friend and family member we can AND we both have recommended them our respective companies. They are amazing!”
