His estimates are accurate, he arrives when he says he'll arrive, his work is flawless, and he works until the job is complete, and AC's been restored. I used to deal with the firms that everyone hears advertising, but they're much more expensive (multiple quotes confirm this) and they get to you when they get to you. Mr. Kim stands out as a small business owner who does exactly what he says. My daughter and son-in-law recommended him to me, and I'll never use another person to work on my HVAC systems!”
