“Today, LAM- Air installed 2 mini splits in my home. Jimmy, AJ and Mikey were incredibly nice, knowledgeable and tolerated my chihuahua's bad attitude and abuse. They did a fantastic job, answered all my questions and when they left, aside from the mini splits, I couldn't tell they were ever here. I'd like to thank all 3 for making it a painless process. “I recently had Lam-Air install a ductless heating and cooling system in my home. Pros: -Quick response for estimate, installation scheduled, and system adjustment. -AJ and crew were friendly and hardworking -Crew was very responsive to my wants on placement of indoor units -One day install for compressor and 4 head units. -Coordinated with electrician for me -Good price on Daikin -AJ and partner re-ran lines in about 4 hours to address my concerns regarding the basement -The company has a desire to do things right and make sure the customer is happy Cons: -Misunderstanding on placement of very large compressor -Lines in daylight basement needed to be neatened up (but they made this right)”
