“Earlier this year, Wes Brown of ME Brown Air Conditioning Company completed an evaluation of the heating and cooling systems on the home we had recently purchased. This evaluation was preceded by a phone consultation in which Wes patiently answered many questions we had about the home’s rather unusual systems. He also asked several pertinent questions to help him best prepare for the evaluation. We had a feeling we were going to be in very good hands, and once Wes completed his evaluation, we were even more confident that we’d made a great choice in calling ME Brown. Wes has an incredibly deep and varied knowledge of HVAC systems and their components, and he was extremely thorough in his analysis and recommendations. Within a short time, Wes forwarded options for us to consider, each of which included high-quality products and outstanding warranty provisions. After we’d made our selection, Wes graciously offered to facilitate some additional components that needed to be addressed before the new furnace could be installed. Once all the relevant pieces were in place, the installation was scheduled, and the amazing team of Jorge and Jermaine worked with meticulous precision to complete the project. Not only do we appreciate their amazing skills, but we are also so grateful for the care and consideration they took while working in our house -- not an easy task given the small/tight spaces they had to work with and the heavy equipment they were dealing with! After the installation, Wes followed back up with us personally to make sure everything was good to go, and Daniel did a comprehensive spring maintenance check on both of our two systems. “During the freeze of 2026 our heater quit working after two days. I reached out late in the evening (after 5) and Travis scheduled us for first thing in the morning. After a quick confirmation, he was up in the attic diagnosing the issue. After a bit of troubleshooting, he was able to determine that the circuit board for the heater was faulty and not giving power to the blower. Fortunately, they had a board at their shop close by. Less than an hour later our heat was up and running. He even showed me on the board where the failure was. (See photo) The quote to repair was very reasonable and the bulk was the new circuit board. Travis and his team were the answer to our prayers in a very cold time of need and we couldn’t have asked for better service. ME Brown is now the only company I will call for my HVAC needs.”
