“Cortez was very prompt at the designated time. He was very profession explaining what all he was going to do. Made sure that everything was taken care off. He interacted with the office and was able to give details that were easy to understand. Once he added refrigerant, he went back and double checked the unit and attic unit. Thank you for being very professional and fixed the problem in a timely matter. Strong recommendation for this gentleman!!!”
