“Gregory was thorough and explained what needed to be fixed. I especially like that mission sends a picture of technician so I know that is the person from Mission. I also appreciate that they use shoe covers in my house! Adrian and his partner came today to fix our AC since the part had to be ordered. They also did a great job and now our AC works, but someone will be back to fix our damper tomorrow since they didn’t tell Adrian about that part of the job. Overall, we are very satisfied!”

He came the same day, engaged in good dialogue with me about the issue and what I had done to try to diagnose it. He found the problem right away, fixed it and gave me good feedback about the system. “First experience with this company technician name Seth is very friendly & polite work with smile, technician find issue with outdoor small capacitor that's cost may be $25 is burn out , i paid almost $700 for change the capacitor that's a really hard for me , i checked Google & capacitor is non expensive easy to plug in but it's summer time & really hot so i ready to pay that amount i ask for discount as a new customer so after accepting membership $ 34 per month i paid $687 for replacing capacitor I don't know it's a good deal or good drill for my Pocket, i know technician do his job for the company and he does well , i thought first experience will be a lot better due to it's almost brand new system unit 5 years old only & i paying $ 687 for just replacing plug in capacitor is not sound right, anyway that time i don't have choice due to it's really hot , in future i will call again this company if i really need due to i join membership, now i want to see how they treat & charge me , if they still charge the same way then i have to look again someone who can work out with reasonable price 🙏 ⭐⭐⭐”
