“Jerome is awesome! He made an assessment the same day the tenant reported an issue, provided an invoice the same day, and made the repair the next day. He beat the property manager by weeks! Highly recommended for someone you can trust with transparency. He provided the invoice as requested and doesn’t replace things for the sake of replacing them (this is confirmed as I’ve had a previous contractor provide a diagnosis, whose services we declined). He does a genuine assessment and repairs what’s needed to get the system running again for the long term. Lastly, in an emergency, I’ve reached out to numerous companies in the area. Ive been ghosted, have received no callbacks, and no indication for any help. Jerome answered my call on a Sunday and helped me out right away.
