“You can try to delete my photos but I will make sure to come back and show the truth of how horrible you have handled my stressful situation. And just to let you know I still have the leak and mold in the restroom. I live in Creekwoods apartment. I Have been patient and very calm about this but after almost a month of constantly telling Nova Employees on the phone about my problem of a leak I see no one showing priority or care for my apartment. There is now mold in the kitchen and the bathroom ceiling. I do not blame the management at the creekwoods office they do a great job in welcoming new comers and they are helpful with the whole process. No problems with them at all. But when I have any Issue with my apartment, I am told to call NOVA. First time around Nova employees came and checked it out and went to the roof and all I heard was a vacuum....cool, ok. Few days later it rains again and the leak start again. And to save you time this happens three times. Now the last time around was around the last week of December. They came and tore up the ceiling and covered it with some plastic covering, but guess what!? The leak was still there! The plastic got filled with water and it looked like a water balloon ready to explode obviously I had to do something to prevent a mess from happening. Guys...I cant even cook on my own stove, now. And just to let you know this water is disgusting and it splashes EVERYWHERE...I'm just very sad to be treated this way....and maybe just maybe this will get their attention.”
