“Franklin Quiroz did an excellent job at our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the gas tube installation efficiently. He also connected our dryer and made sure everything was working properly before he left. His work was neat, and he took the time to answer our questions. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Franklin to anyone needing gas line or appliance installation work. Thank you for a job well done!”

“I never leave reviews but I have to do this so that others do not fall for this scam. I paid for the $69 A/C tune up. The technician Levi Williams arrived on time and did some “diagnostics” no tune up at all and came back with a list of issues with my HVAC system. He presented three packages from $4,000 to over $10,000. He specifically told me that my drain pan was completely rusted and my blower and coils needed to be cleaned as they were extremely dirty. He promised to send me a pictures and a summary of all the issues he found (he never did). I had a small family owned HVAC company come over today for a second opinion and he confirmed that all of the issues diagnosed by One Call Houston / Air Tech of Katy were LIES!!! Shame on you trying to scam people in this economy. Never pay for the AC Tune up special. It is a was tree of time, they do nothing but tell lies and scare you into a big bill and do not tune up anything. I’m so thankful I didn’t fall for their lies.”
