“Freddy did a great job from the very start — he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Anthony, Dante, and the other two guys on the crew were fantastic too! They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly take pride in what they do. They installed my hood vent and did an absolutely amazing job — it looks clean, professional, and works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the excellent service from the entire team. If you need HVAC work (or related installations) in the area, I highly recommend Ordine’s Air Conditioning and Heating. Great family-owned company that genuinely cares about doing things right. “I hired this family owned company. The father sent the son out to give me a quote for $6800 to install ducts though out the new addition of the home and build a system in the garage for air handler.They asked for half down. They were given over half $3800. The son showed up ran some of the duct work.There were problems during during their install with not showing with tools to do the job. There was bad communication from their office or home office.They never finished the job. Blocked all my calls. Amy the mother when we called unknown would make excuses and stated someone would call. I had another company come and they tore out all the ductwork Ordains installed. They stated it was installed wrong. I will be failing a complaint in smalls claim court against them. The new AC contractor documented there install and along with pictures of removing and reinstalling duct work correctly.”
