“We’ve used Otis AC & Heating twice since we’ve lived here—and will continue to use them. Very nice people—office and technicians. Today we had a service check and paid for the annual agreement. Now I don’t have to worry about the winter check because they will call me to schedule an appointment in the fall! FYI Brandon is so nice! He also changed my air filters. Thank you!!”
