About

Peter Lynn Di Cecco runs an HVAC operation serving homes across Houston Texas. The crew concentrates on air conditioning and heating systems built to handle the city's heavy heat high humidity and quick weather changes. No details appear on how the business got started or any past history so the work stays centered on straightforward fixes for local houses where units stay running from spring into fall. Houston homeowners face nonstop cooling loads that push equipment harder than in cooler regions and this setup meets those daily demands without extras.

The jobs include repairing failed compressors recharging refrigerant lines swapping out old thermostats and completing full system replacements or pre summer tune ups. Technicians handle moisture related clogs in drains electrical faults in aging equipment and duct leaks that trap humidity inside. Calls often hit during heat waves when a unit stops and the team works to restore airflow and cooling on the spot rather than stretching the downtime. These tasks match the constant strain Houston weather puts on residential systems.

Customers give mixed feedback that lands at an average level overall with the score reflecting uneven speed and quality when seasons peak while price and communication draw fewer issues. Some point to solid repairs on typical local problems but others mention delays that increase the hassle during busy stretches. The pattern shows practical results without standout consistency across all jobs. DIRT Score 3.24 from 26 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I paid $250 in attorney fees and still had to go to court myself. After making me wait for about two hours, the lawyer told me this was the best possible outcome and that I needed to pay a $260 court fee and accept 120 days of probation. There was absolutely no benefit to hiring this lawyer—it was the worst experience. I even have to go back to court again in four months for final confirmation. What exactly did the lawyer do for me? I strongly do not recommend using this attorney. If you want to waste your money, then go ahead and hire them.

When i first met Peter he told me that he had practiced law for 25 years and that he was good at what he does. And he is. His staff is great also. I can't speak highly enough of these people. Thanks Peter!

Been using peter and dawn since 2013. They are always welcoming, prompt, friendly, and affordable. I’ve always had the best outcome in my cases with peter and dawn. With out a doubt a great choice if your looking for a lawyer.

Peter de Leef is the best! For more than five years, he has represented my family and friends for several traffic violations. We have been through two teenage boys, and three teenage nephews! Peter has always been thorough and quick to help us resolve each case. He is worth every penny, for I am sure he has saved us thousands of dollars in traffic fines. I highly recommend!

i picked an expensive lawyer hoping for top notch treatment.but it turned out to be the wrong choice.i went on court on time stayed for 2 hours and the lawyer never showed, while seeing all the cheap lawyers getting dismissals for their clients. my expensive lawyer forgot about me , never showed up i had to call him so they assigned an already in court attorney that finally was able to help me and dismiss my case but that was after 3 hours. next time going with a cheap lawyer that takes their job more seriously
