About

Pippin Services operates as an HVAC provider based in Houston, TX where hot summers put heavy loads on home cooling systems. The company steps in when units experience repeated shutdowns that leave homeowners without relief. Their crews handle the full range of service calls that keep air conditioners running through the demands of local weather and daily use. When condensate drain lines clog and trigger shutdowns after multiple visits, they dispatch technicians equipped to clear the blockage and restore function without delay. This focus on practical fixes for common HVAC failures helps residents avoid prolonged discomfort in the Texas climate.

Pippin Services sends technicians such as Robert and Ethan to address HVAC problems tied to drainage and related plumbing in Houston homes. Robert has diagnosed issues fast and completed valve replacements along with trim kit installs in short order while keeping the work clean. Ethan arrives early to clear clogs in restrooms and bathtubs, shows owners root intrusion inside the pipes, and provides quotes for bigger repairs that could surface later. In one case a plumbing technician cleared a condensate drain line that had shut down an HVAC unit, allowing the system to run again once the homeowner returned. These targeted visits fix the immediate breakdown and outline steps to stop repeat failures.

Homeowners consistently note the speed of response, professional manner of the techs, and quality of the repairs that hold up over time. Robert earns praise for finishing jobs in minutes with clear communication and solid results on installations. Ethan stands out for thorough explanations and letting customers inspect the problems themselves before any work begins. Feedback across many calls points to fair pricing, reliable follow-through, and crews that treat every home with respect. DIRT Score 5.0 from 954 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I had been dealing with repeated HVAC shutdowns for quite some time. After several service visits, I was finally told the problem had been identified as a clogged condensate drain line. A plumbing technician was sent out to unclog the drain line. When I returned home, I found that part of the PVC drain pipe had been replaced and the line appeared to have been cleared. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. The condensate drain continued to back up and now leak water into the furnace unit that was installed by Pippin Brothers just last year. The leak also caused water to enter my garage walls, and I now have concerns about potential water damage to my property. To make matters worse, after reporting that the problem continued, I was informed that the previous service call was not warrantied and that I would be charged again for another visit. I am disappointed that what was presented as a solution resulted in a new problem and additional concerns about damage to my home. After multiple service visits and being told the issue was fixed, I did not expect to be dealing with a water leak the very next day. I don’t think I will be using or recommending “Pippin Brothers” for future repairs.

Robert is an experienced and highly professional plumber. He diagnosed and fixed my plumbing problem in just 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work and would gladly recommend him to others. Update: After my original review, I received two $25 gift cards in the mail as a thank-you for using their service. I was pleased at first, but later I discovered that these "gift cards" have no cash value and can only be used as discounts toward a future service. I've received gift cards from other businesses before, and they all functioned like actual gift cards with cash value. This was disappointing and made me uncomfortable, so I decided to change my rating from five stars to four. There's nothing wrong with offering customers a discount on future services, but it should be presented honestly as a discount coupon or promotional credit rather than a gift card.

Ethan was amazing. We found an issue with our restroom and bathtub being clogged last night. Pippin sent Ethan out early this morning. He took care of our immediate problem and quoted us for the bigger problem that may arise. Answered all of our questions, let my husband see the roots in the pipes. Never felt like we were being taken advantage of, pushed or mis led. We appreciate the swift response and solution! The price was unbeatable and we feel very lucky we went with Pippin Brothers!

We had Robert come out to change a valve and install a trim kit. He was super nice and professional. We are super happy with the results and would always come back to Robert at Pippin Brothers if we needed anything else.

It took them more than a day to return my call, and then they refused to lock in the appointment because they required a credit card on file. I understand and respect their policy, but they expected me to provide my credit card information over the phone with no written confirmation or backup. That’s exactly how you end up with unauthorized charges next thing you know, there’s a purchase from India for a TV. That is not going to happen. I asked for a formal written request or documentation for my records, and they refused, stating they don’t do things “formally.” They expect me to respect their policies, but what about mine? This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had with a business.
