What Customers Say
“We desperately needed to upgrade our HVAC system from 1994. It was working fine- somehow- but was definitely not energy efficient. We scheduled with 8 different companies to get quotes. Toby from Reliant Air Conditioning was the first one to come out. We should have just stopped there and not wasted anybody else’s time. He was incredible. He listened to our needs, asked questions, was incredibly personable, and very responsive to questions. Today we had our new Lennox system installed. Gerardo and Nestor arrived on time, they were very polite and professional, and did an outstanding job installing our new system. They had some challenges due to the space they had to work in inside, but found solutions and got everything up and running. They cleaned up everything before they left, explained all the systems to us- how to change the filter and the UV light, and made sure our new thermostat was all set up on WiFi and through the Lennox Home app. Absolutely will recommend Reliant Air Conditioning to anybody needing to upgrade or have repairs done!”
“When our upstairs A/C unit failed, our home warranty provider covered only a small portion of the repair cost, leaving us with a substantial out-of-pocket expense. After the initial disappointment, I started researching whether replacing the unit would be a better long-term investment. I contacted several HVAC companies, but Reliant Air was the only one I invited out for an in-home consultation. Their sales representative, Craig, was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain multiple options and presented good, better, and best solutions at fair and competitive prices without any pressure. The installation team was equally impressive. Although I don't recall their names, they arrived within the promised time window, worked efficiently, and took great care to keep the work area clean. They completed the entire installation in less than four hours and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. What impressed me most was that they solved a problem we've been dealing with for nearly 20 years. One of our children's bedrooms was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Over the years, several HVAC companies had serviced our system, but none were able to identify or fix the issue. Reliant Air finally did. Based on the quality of their work, professionalism, and attention to detail, Reliant Air has earned my trust. Even though we still have a home warranty, I'll be calling Reliant Air for any future heating and cooling needs.”
“UPDATE: After some scheduling issues the tech made it out and was able to repair my system. Thank you Connor and his supervisor for getting my system running! I appreciate the time and work yall have done. At the beginning was great!! Last friday my AC went out and scheduled a diagnostic on Saturday. Connor had showed up early and was really helpful and knowledgeable. But unfortunately that was about the end of the good experience with Reliant. I had called Monday to get an updated ETA for the part to be received. Was told that they would check into it and reach back out. Well nobody reached back out. Called back on Wednesday to get the update. They have the part OK SWEET! Service/Repair scheduled for Friday between 0800-1200. Ok cool well ill have someone at the house waiting for the Tech arrival. 1015 friday no update or eta about the tech arrival, reach out to main office to get an ETA for my dad sitting in my hot house. Get told that the Tech had an emergency and will miss the repair appointment and the only appointment opening is Monday. So my main question is when was your customer going to receive the update that the appointment had needed to be rescheduled. To the Tech, I hope you and your family are doing ok!”
“The technician was great. - super polite, friendly, and just overall solid positive demeanor. I do have a huge complaint though around pricing - which you don’t really know until they finish the service. Having worked with Reliant in the past, I thought they were fair and reasonable which is the only reason I called them again. In reality, they’re 100% taking advantage of customers on the parts costs. They replaced the capacitor on my outdoor unit. I didn’t initially balk at the price because the tech was quick to point out the life expectancy on the upgraded capacitor, which at the time seemed reasonable. Realistically it seems the company just trained them this way. I paid $355 for the part alone. After a little research post-fix, I found that the exact model they installed can be bought wholesale for max $75 and even as low as $20 for large orders. If they paid $75 for the capacitor, they marked the part up 500%. FIVE HUNDRED PERCENT. They charged $100 for the visit which I’m not upset about. But the tech was here a total of 20 minutes, had to remove 4 total screws, and they charge 500% markup on the part. INSANE. Again, the tech was great. I place no fault to him for screwing me over, bc he is doing what the company tells him to and he has to eat too. At the end of the day, buyer beware.”
“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service provided during the recent maintenance visit. The technician Josh was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained what was needed in a straightforward and understandable way, and executed the work with confidence and precision. It was evident that he has a strong command of his trade. What stood out most was his thoroughness—nothing was rushed, and every detail was checked and addressed properly. He ensured that the system was operating as expected before completing the visit, which reflects both competence and pride in his work. Overall, this was a top-tier service experience. Reliable, competent, and done right the first time—exactly what you want in this kind of work.”
