“All they do is lie. Our AC died, we got multiple quotes but wanted to see if anything can be salvaged with our warranty. In the Texas heat. They took 24hrs to even come out Thurs - sent claim Fri - said they couldn't come out till Sat, we got more companies to look at it just in case. Sat - came out refused to look at the outside unit because our inside unit was frozen, asked us to keep the unit off, only turn it on A LITTLE BIT, IN TEXAS SUMMER. Mon - claimed they put some freon in it ( other companies said our freon was fine. I said that to them it was surprising so many companies missed this. But okay, - They claimed they put freon in and wait and additional 24hrs for the freon to work. I said that's odd cause usually its max a few hours. - They claim my inside unit and outside unit are the same size, thats not the problem. When I showed them it wasn't they said it not THAT big of a difference. If it was a problem I would have had a problem before, not like it was working over time then crashing out. - Then they said its not the freon its a dye that they put through to look and it takes 24hrs to go through. It doesn't, it takes minutes. Per Adrian if I think they're lying I should let my warranty company know so I can wait for another company to get sent out. All of their quotes have 24hr turn around time so good luck waiting.”
