“After being my doctor for 20 years. I have finally decided to seek medical attention elsewhere. I believe things were taken personal after I expressed my concerns. Concerns regarding my orders for labs not being at the facility when I arrived. Having to repeatedly call and at times nearly beg for things that should have been taken care of during my visit. Every time I saw the doctor for non urgent concerns. I would receive a follow up appointment with out my knowledge. Dr.Carruthers beside manners became rude and over barring. At times I would get told during the visit. To make it quick she had a meeting. During times I expressed concerns. Meanwhile I would see the doctor. While never receiving the referrals are information. Calling nearly three times a day. While never getting a return phone call. You’re dealing with numerous people and unprofessionalism. Clearly my health is very more important, then what the doctor is willing to give. One bad apple doesn’t spoil it for all doctors. On to the next!! I’m not willing to gaslight a doctor while she speaks to me as I’m the problem. When clearly there is a big problem when you admit paperwork sits on your desk for long periods of time. That explains why my documentation doesn’t get signed. I’m over it!! Some people should find a different approach and profession if they don’t have the patience!”

“This is a very professional and patient Doctor. I hate she no longer accepts BCBS. Best female doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend her as I have to admit I can be very difficult to treat as a patient. And she put me at ease by effectively communicating with me. And allowing me to be apart of all treatment planning options.”

“I went for my first visit and arrived at my appointment time which I understand is running late but I then waited in the lobby for almost the next 45 minutes. I asked what the timeframe was about 20 minutes into waiting and they said I was the doctors first appointment so it would be soon but if I’m their first appointment you would think it wouldn’t be an hour later for me to see them. She’s very personable which is the reason for the 2 stars but she was in with me for less than 10 minutes and skipped over my concerns. I checked my chart after my visit and was diagnosed with things we never talked about and I think this is just a way to further up charge my insurance. Nobody called me to want to discuss my blood work and what the results mean. I’ve left messages because my pharmacy cannot get ahold of them. It has not been a pleasant new experience.”
