Sa&H Western Holdings Lc
HVAC Contractor · Houston, TX
About
Sa&H Western Holdings Lc runs a straightforward HVAC supply operation based in Houston, Texas. The business keeps shelves stocked with the fittings, electrical components, and refrigerant line materials that techs and homeowners pull for air conditioning repairs and installs across the city. Houston heat and humidity drive steady demand for these items, especially when systems break down during long summers or when new mini split units go in. Counter staff field requests for specific parts without extra layers, focusing on what actually gets units back online rather than anything flashy. They handle volume from both professional crews and do-it-yourselfers who know their system specs ahead of time.
Walk-in customers regularly ask for copper couplers and reducers when running lines for mini split systems, plus 15 percent silver solder to make the joints hold. Filter requests come in by the box for exact sizes after old ones clog, and last-minute stops happen for teflon rings missing from condensers on Carrier equipment during weekend calls. One Saturday job got sorted fast when the right ring showed up to finish an install before the customer returned. Fan motors and capacitors move across the counter too, though some runs involve checking stock counts twice to avoid driving across town for the wrong size. The flow stays practical, with the team pulling items that match the job details handed over at the counter.
Homeowners and techs point to fast responses on time-sensitive parts like condenser rings that keep Saturday jobs from stalling out completely. Stock checks work better when sizes get confirmed on the spot, and pricing lines up for the common HVAC pieces needed in Houston homes. Communication stays direct about what is on hand versus what needs an order. Quality holds for most routine replacements when the right item leaves the shelf the first time. What Customers Say
“I needed copper couplers and reducers to install a mini split system . I also needed Some solder to extend the AC line. I told the guy helping me that I wanted 15% silver. He pulled out a packet of 15% silver and placed it on the counter, but then I saw him turn around and pull the stick from another bundle and handed it to me. He told me the total andI handed my credit card to pay. I didn’t mention anything About getting the 5% solder stick but waited until my receipt was presented back to see if he miss herd me and charge me for the 5% silver solder. When my invoice was handed back, it clearly indicated that I paid for the 15% silver solder. I told him That I paid for the 15% silver solder yet he gave me the 5%. He then pulled and gave me the correct solder that I paid for. As a customer, I should not have to go through this. I don’t know the cost difference of a 5% solder stick, but this should not have happened. If I did not check clearly I would have walked out with something that I did not paid for and wanted. I gave him this review based on my experience today.”
“They don't have an accurate stock count. Drove across town after they said they had filters, verified size and count. Got there and they didn't even have close the right filter. Incompetent”
“It’s 1pm on Saturday and I found a missing a teflon ring at the condenser. Thank you Carrier. Southwest got me taken care of at the last minute to save the day for the customer. Thank you Southwest AC Supply”
“Horrible people, they sold me a cheap chinese fan motor that overheated and a capacitor that leaked the electrolytic fluid everywhere. I brought it back to get it warrantied, and they denied me. They said they can only give me partial credit, this breaks my heart, i've been a long-time customer of theirs for years. Never coming back again. If yall read this , yall are نفاية.”
“Great customer service boss treat regular customer as vip even when they are very busy!!!! 100%”
