“I contacted Jennifer Gonzales about a rental property that I was interested in not only did she not respond to my messages messages in a timely and prompt manner often a day later she never apologized or concerned herself with any explanations. I also scheduled with her twice to see the property and each time I was stood up with the last time getting a “sorry for the inconvenience” while I was parked at said property. Rude and unprofessional from start to finish. I even messaged her after this incident because of my desperate situation to find a place to live and she never responded. I don’t recommend her or this agency!”

They also told us 3000k a month then increased it on us last minute to 5000k. Stay away from renting from Bob. And Jennifer is the worst. 🛑”

“If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are the absolute worst real estate agency I have ever worked with. The agent wanted us to give our personal credit scores to seller, on top of 4% more Ernest money that what is required. They do not care about appraisals or doing things the right way. I have bought and sold several houses and this was by far the most bizarre experience I have ever had. Do not use this agency or ever work with Priscilla. She will nickel and dime you when all you are trying to do is find a home.”
