“This is the construction company that built my house. We moved in 5 months ago. The AC already broke ($3600 repair) and our roof leaks (price pending). We bought a warranty with the house but they are EXTREMELY difficult to work with. It took the warranty company 3 months to fix the AC and probably 20+ hours on the phone to get it fixed. After all that, we still have to pay $500 for the AC fix. Now, our roof leaks. The leak is through the dryer vent. I went in the attic to look and it's just a disaster. Not sure how much time and money this will cost. Can't believe how horrible this experience has been, especially since me and my wife both work and just had a newborn. Guess we'll see how much time and money they get out of plus this time. I would NOT buy a home built by southern brothers, it's been a complete nightmare.”
