“EDIT: Our issue was not a burned out compressor. Another AC company came in and immediately fixed the actual issue and our AC has been running ever since. Again, this company just wants to scare customers with a very big price tag instead of actually helping their customers. Our AC went out and they were able to get someone over same day after business hours which was the only good thing about this company. The technician, Ken, immediately saw the issue and didn't want to fix it same day. Instead, he wanted to give us a $23,000 price tag to fix everything as a whole (new unit even though ours is 5 years old, new duct work and new insulation). In this economy, we don't have that kind of money and it's starting to be 90 degrees. It is a necessity to have AC in Houston. We asked him to fix the unit right now so we could get to the other underlying issues later but he wouldn't do it and kept repeating himself to scare us for 2+ hours. I just want an honest company that I can depend on to fix an HVAC issue so I'm not in the heat for days. That is not this company. I don't want a sales pitch, I want my AC back on.”

Care is taken to not track dirt into my home. Service results are discussed with me, and when replacement of warranty parts is part of the job, proper credit is given to my account without having to ask for it. On service calls where a system component is near its serviceable end, the technician will include me in the decision to pay for replacement now, or run system longer to squeeze maximum value out of the component. This group does the right job for me.”
