“Dustin did an awesome job along with the office staff. We had to have an outside unit replaced. The unit that was replaced still had a warranty however the part we needed was 14 days out. We could not wait. We had been without AC since Monday. They had us up and running by Thursday evening. We truly appreciate their hard work and diligence getting this taken care of. We will only use this service now. We HIGHLY recommend this company”

“4 Star. TL:DR - Good response, good work, I got unlucky with a difficult part. Had to do schedule changes. Still recommend. A/C crapped out on a Sunday. Called at 8am Monday. Immediately got someone and set an appointment time for 6pm. I was a little unhappy about that but realize that I was calling on a Monday for last minute work. Little, yes that is the name on his shirt, showed up a bit later than planned. But he did call ahead and I do service work to so I'm already familiar with how things go. Spent about an hour diagnosing. Line side of the breaker arced. Gonna have to come back tomorrow evening. Tuesday comes and goes and I contacted the office about 530 and spoke with... Timmy? He and I had some conversation about getting the parts and the nightmare of houston traffic. But Little got held up at another service call and had to push to Wednesday morning. Little showed up on time, early in the day. Had cold air rolling within an hour and a half. Time for the bill, Little knocked off some money for the inconveniences. Doesn't make up the lost work, but the effort is appreciated. Minor things knocked it down a star, but that how service work goes sometimes. Still keeping the card on the fridge, still gonna reccomend them, and the kids are gonna like surprise snow cones.”
