About

Stark Holdings International Llc operates in Houston, Texas, handling HVAC work for residential and commercial properties. The local climate brings prolonged heat and humidity that force air conditioning units to run for months without relief, often leading to breakdowns in compressors and control systems. Drawing on energy management practices, the company addresses these strains through maintenance and equipment upgrades suited to the area's conditions. Homeowners here regularly face high energy bills from constant cooling demands and issues like poor airflow in older homes that need targeted fixes to restore balance and efficiency.

Customers have reported mixed experiences with equipment and support. Rene Brown encountered a pressure gauge on a canner that stayed at zero throughout processing despite multiple calls to address it. Tom Steffan bought ramps but could not obtain a missing hardware piece after repeated phone attempts and messages went unanswered. Lucy A noted smooth performance from a 1.5HP pool pump that installed without issues and ran quietly. Tammy Baldwin tried to cancel an order within hours of placement but received no replies to emails or calls over several days, highlighting ongoing contact problems.

Low marks stem from repeated shortfalls in communication and follow through on basic requests, with customers citing unreturned calls and unresolved equipment details that dragged out simple matters. Speed suffered when parts went missing without quick replacements, and quality varied depending on whether initial installation went right or needed later corrections. Price feedback stayed neutral at best amid these frustrations. DIRT Score 1.3 from 25 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Wish I knew before hand. As they say, lesson learned. I purchased a 16Qt. Barton pressure canner from iHubdeals, the seller on Amazon site, to my disgust 🤢 I have been calling to let the company know the pressure gager did not move the whole processing time from "0" psi at all. I did a test run with it and had no luck in getting it to work. This is the worse thing when these companies can take our hard earned money and dupe us with these sorry goods. Do not buy anything from them. I sure won't anymore.

I purchased a set of automotive ramps from them thru Home Depot. The product is fine but trying to get a missing piece of hardware from them has been a battle. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls and messaging them hasn't produced any reply either.

1.5HP aboveground pool pump from xtremepower is the real deal! It's quiet, easy to install and use. The beige color of this pool pump complements my pool area nicely, adding a subtle touch of style. But the best part? This thing is built to last. You won't be replacing it anytime soon. Trust me, it's worth every penny. If you want a pump that gets the job done without any fuss, this is it.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I tried cancelling my order within 2 hours of placing it and 2 hours before they opened. I'm 2 hours ahead of them. That was Monday 8:30am. I sent numerous emails and tried calling numerous times Monday and Tuesday. It's now Saturday and still no response. No one answers the phone. Can't believe Home Depot orders from them which is where I got their name since HD was out of the item I was after. The item [pool ladder] still hasn't shipped though it was supposedly in stock and getting ready to ship that day per the email I got Monday. Since I get no response, haven't been told my order was cancelled and haven't gotten a refund I have reported them to PayPal.

BUYER BEWARE-This company also operates as Xtreme Power US also. If you do your research under the California Secretary of State you will find information that might be helpful. The CEO of the company is Xi Xiong Tan as of 11/26/2021 according to the California Secretary of States site. I purchased a product on Ebay for my swimming pool and it does not work as described. I reached out to Ebay and the manufacture and they would not provide a return or refund for an item that was incorrectly described. They stated I was outside my return window of time. I did not order the incorrect item. The listing stated that the item was dual voltage when in fact it was not. I paid $589.00 a Salt Water Chlorinator System and it was a waste of money and now that it can NOT be converted from 115 v to 220 v. I will not be letting this one go because no one wants to be out that kind of money ever. Please do not buy from this company.
