“Couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s never fun to spend that kind of money for household maintenance but we rode our old system until the wheels fell off. Jeremy came by and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new system. Building a new stand and rerouting the copper lines so we easily change the filter was included. Working with someone like Jeremy gave us confidence that the job would be done right. And Jeremy didn’t try to upsale us or talk us into buying anything we didn’t need. I have to admit that I was a little surprised by that because of past experiences with other companies so I’m very grateful for Jeremy’s honesty and integrity. Those are rare virtues for a lot of other AC companies. I won’t mention any names but the former occupants of Stoffers current location come to mind so you can do the math. As stated the quote we received was very reasonable so we accepted it immediately . One phone call to the office and we were set to go. The 3 installers did an amazing job. They did exactly what was quoted and as you can see in the picture it looks great. The guys were very professional and courteous and pretty fast too. We had previously called him out to my house to clean my AC coil, and when he discovered that the coil was relatively clean, he notified me that the work would not be required. He also assessed the unit to determine what the true cause of my issues were. His honesty to forgo $1000 job will keep me as a repeat customer. Today I called them back to fix the real issues with the unit. He his helper, David, were very professional and courteous. He fixed the issues and also helped give me advice on other maintenance.
