“We've been using these guys for years. They are trustworthy and always provide great service. Our most recent experience was third week in January 2026 on the Saturday morning before our first freeze is forecasted. We awoke and our heating unit was not working. I emailed Strong Tower and within minutes, Josh called me asking about the problem. Upon explaining the circumstances, he immediately asked if anyone had been in my attic. As it turned out, a hot water heater repairman was in the attic the day before. Josh had me go up in the attic and look for a switch. I found what he was talking about and turned it back on and our heater began working, YEA!! Evidently, the hot water heater repairman accidentally turned it off without me seeing him do so, even though I was in the attic with him. For Josh to return my call immediately on a Saturday morning as they too were freeze protecting and handling last minute calls, is excellent service, above and beyond expectations!! Catastrophe easily averted!! Thanks so much Josh!!”
