They also recharged my A/C at no cost, which was greatly appreciated. A few weeks later, I had another issue and brought the truck back. The mechanic diagnosed the problem, replaced some sensors, and replaced a turbo gasket at no cost. The service was professional, the communication was good, and they stood behind their work. I appreciate their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable truck repair service.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with TLS Truck Repair. I was charged what I believe to be an excessive markup on replacement parts. According to my invoice, I was charged $276.11 each for latch components that appear to be available elsewhere for significantly less (around $120 from other suppliers). The final bill came to over $1,800, including labor and parts, and I was shocked by the pricing. I was not given enough transparency about the cost of the parts before the work was completed, and I feel the charges were unreasonable. If you’re considering using this shop, I strongly recommend getting multiple estimates and researching part prices beforehand.
