“Beware using this man! My parents had their unit replaced 4 years ago and is still under warranty. Its july in texas and its hot. My parents are elderly and my mother has severl medical conditions including demintia. We have gotten nothing but the run around and pure lies from this man. My parents have been withiut ac since july 4th its now july 16th. Finaly called another ac person and they were at the house in 15 min and had already serched and had the part ordered out of Dallas and hopefully it will be here friday and they will repair it. So if you've gotten this far in my google review call Landry heating and air they will do you right. If you want to be hot and get yhe run around and be lied to then proceed with Eddie Medrano. I will be filing a complaint with tdlr. Even when he was told we almost had to take my mother to the er he still didnt call us back that day. I could say so much more. But bottom line do not use this company. My friend had warned me he did the same with her mom with a warranty situation and she was without for 6 weeks and she finaly had to call another company to have it repaired. Shame on you sir. Do better!”

“Of course our A/C froze up on the weekend. Called 8 a.m. Monday morning. Answering the phone was Eddie himself. He was here by 10:30a.m. with an honest, diagnosis and a plan to fix the problem. He asks questions as well as answering customers’ questions. Very positive experience and fair price.”

“Had a brand-new central heat and air installed from a company out of Dallas Texas could not get them to come back and fix the issue with the heater.called several places here in Snyder,Eddys came out. He spent several hours working, trying to figure out why the gas was not coming full force to the heater finally found a small piece of plastic that was lodged in the end of the pipe. He put a lot of effort,and lot of time in trying to get this heater working for me when most people would’ve just said sorry I don’t know and after I received his bill he’s definitely not out to rob anyone. The price is amazing thank you Eddie for all the time that you’ve put in and we will definitely use you again. Snyder Tx”

“I've had great experiences with service calls. They get very busy in the summer. I wish they'd just tell me they can't install a system instead of waiting and checking back every 2 weeks. Told they'd get back with me and never did. Finally had to get with a company out of Lubbock.”

“I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Eddies Air Conditioning in Snyder Texas for repairing my 86 year old father-in-laws air condtioner when another company came out three times supposedly charging it 2 days in a row and then telling him the unit was shot and charged him for the 2 days in a row what a rip off but Eddies found the problem it was a blown fuse on the disconnect so if yall need some one who is fair and honest call Eddie's heating and air condtioning again thanks to some great people”
