“His responses were prompt and he fixed the issue first thing the next morning. His company opens at 8am and he showed up at 7:45am. Initially, he asked me to send a video of the issue so that he can see if it’s something he can fix. He said he does not want to charge us for a trip if he is unable to help. Very honest man. Many companies would charge $80-150 just for diagnostics. He was able to diagnose the issue through the video I sent him. Meanwhile, another company told me I needed to get a new AC unit for $12,100 and told me it was unfixable. I just replaced my AC unit 3 years ago. Texas Air Care was able to fix it for $850 and even gave my parents a 10% discount. The owner is honest and reliable. Would 10000000% recommend.”

“I highly recommend John and Texas Air Care. He has always been very responsive and will come out the same day you call if at all possible. He installed a new AC/Heating System for me about 18 months ago and I have not had any problems at all so far... until this past weekend. We had some thunderstorms Saturday night and the power briefly went out a few times and the thermostat was knocked out and would not come back on. Turning the breaker off for a min, then flipping back on didn't reboot the thermostat, so I called John Monday morning. He came out early that afternoon and had it fixed in less than 10 min(Some secret reset code was needed). He takes care of his customers and does quality work. Very friendly service all around.”
