The Infusion Group Llc
HVAC Contractor · Houston, TX
About
The Infusion Group Llc operates out of Dallas, Texas as an HVAC contractor serving residential properties across the area. Dallas weather brings intense summer heat that pushes air conditioning units to their limits, often causing compressor failures or poor airflow that leaves homes uncomfortable. Homeowners here regularly need help with system tune ups before peak season hits and quick fixes when older equipment quits during a heat wave. The company handles these demands by focusing on installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance for both central air systems and heating equipment to keep indoor conditions stable through temperature swings common in North Texas.
Technicians address common problems such as units that stop cooling effectively or systems requiring new parts after years of heavy use. They manage scheduling for service calls where staff checks insurance details upfront and follows specific order formats from doctors or other providers before work begins. Customers have noted that some team members like Holly handle on site tasks with care while office processes involve repeated contacts for payments and paperwork that can stretch out appointment times. Jobs often include preparing equipment at the property and dealing with delays from insurance verification that lasts multiple weeks before any actual HVAC work starts.
Reviewers give mixed feedback on how the company handles these HVAC jobs with some praising quick responses from field staff but others pointing to slow office coordination and high pressure collection tactics. Speed and communication draw the most complaints when appointments drag on for weeks due to paperwork issues while quality of the actual repairs gets occasional positive mentions from those who get through the process. Price concerns appear when copays are demanded early without clear explanations. DIRT Score 2.41 from 10 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I recently had an incredible experience with Curbside Infusion, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the team was friendly and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The convenience of receiving infusion therapy right at home is a game changer! The care team arrived on time, fully prepared, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was such a relief to receive high-quality care without the hassle of traveling to a clinic. Their professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I felt supported throughout the entire treatment, and they took the time to answer all my questions. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. Thank you, Curbside Infusion, for making this experience so positive! I’m grateful for your outstanding service and dedication to patient care. Highly recommend to anyone in need of infusion therapy! 🌟💙”
“PATIENTS BEWARE: THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!! Holly, the nurse, is great and caring which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars, the office staff is terrible. They hound you between emails, texts, and calls to collect your copay days before your appointment. Now they decided they were just going to reschedule my appointment without notifying or even asking me when a good time is. I can't make it on the day they rescheduled me which I didn't find out until a half hour after my appointment while I'm sitting in the office to get my iv just waiting to be called back. This puts me in a terrible predicament that I'll be practically disabled without my infusion for rheumatoid arthritis. So now they currently have the copay I paid them last week and I'm sure it'll be weeks before I see that refund since I'll be switching to FLEXCARE Infusion Center which is 1000% better because I had them prior to switching to Curbside. I wanted to be able to get my blood work, infusion, and see the doctor in one visit.... Honestly not worth the hassle when they waste your time like this. They also charge a $250 administration fee which Flexcare does NOT! They don't care about you here, you're just a number and THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!”
“I had been to a shady infusion clinic before so my expectations were low. OMG, was I soo pleasantly surprised. The office was soo nice and I was greeted by the sweetest front desk employee. I can’t remember the name of the sweet, professional and efficient nurse that got me and my infusion ready but she was nothing but fantastic!! I slept in a super Comfy chair and I will recommend this clinic to anyone needing an infusion. Kudos to all!! 💜”
“Don’t waste your time, they are very difficult to work with. I spent almost a month trying to make a simple appointment. They took over 2 weeks to just check my insurance, and another two weeks of calls and emails because the medical order was not in the specific format they wanted. My doctor provided all the information requested, more than once. I even emailed the owner, who didn’t follow-up to see if the issue had been resolved. The last straw was someone on the phone telling me she “needed me to understand” x and y (when the issue was between medical offices, independent of me as a patient) in a quite aggressive way, in tone and manner. Horrible customer service ! It was rude and unprofessional. Very upsetting experience and a total waste of time.”
“Had a great time with this service! Nurses were very professional and prompt. Never done an infusion before but I'd do one here again.”
