“Tennessee Air came out promptly to diagnose and fix an upstairs HVAC problem. Another company wanted to replace the 6 year old unit or do a very expensive repair on a warranty part. The Home Warranty company sent someone who said they do not repair warranty parts. Tennessee Air in Hermitage just did a thorough inspection and said the system was working fine and they performed an inexpensive maintenance inspection and solution. I am not pleased with the poor communication of Choice Home Warranty , Sears or the alternative service center that focused on sales. I am confident I will get more service from my HVAC with good reputable service from Tennessee Air in Hermitage.”
