“This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had. Oscar Funes came out after our AC failed and identified the issue—the fan had gone out. Simple enough. But instead of helping, he tried to charge us three times the actual cost of the part and labor. I honestly don’t know if he planned to pocket the difference or if this level of overcharging is just normal for him, but either way, it was outrageous. Then he refused to even order the part unless we paid a deposit on the spot. And the entire time, he made it painfully clear that he couldn’t care less about my family’s well‑being. He had every opportunity to help us, and he simply chose not to. He looked me in the face and told me we’d have to sit in a house with no AC for five days in 100‑degree Texas heat as if it meant nothing. I have three small kids under the age of nine, and he showed zero concern for their safety or comfort. The indifference was unbelievable. As an example, we paid the deposit but never received a refund or the part......please see the attached invoice for proof. The moment he left, we called Air Express and worked with Johnathan, who bought the part and installed it the very next day. That’s what competent, honest service looks like.”
