“I had Larry and and his crew totally replace our 2 each air conditioning and furnace units about six months ago and provided a great review at the time for their professionalism, pricing and workmanship. Since it was about time to change the media filters installed, I went into my attic and opened what I thought was the area where the filters should be and became alarmed when I didnt see the filters. Thinking we had been running our HVAC for 6 months without filters, I immediately Called Larry and he sent his guys out the next day with new filters. Embarrassingly I had looked in the wrong areas and the workers explained the filters were indeed in place and went ahead replaced them with new ones. Larry graciously did this at no charge. I cannot overstate their integrity and emphasis they place on customer satisfaction. I will be a customer for life.”
