“I had a fantastic experience buying our swing set from Tree Frogs! Our 21 month old has become obsessed with going to the playground, so we wanted to install something in our backyard that was good quality and that we didn’t have to build ourselves. We came and visited this location so that we could check out the options, and Derrick was so helpful and friendly (and very patient with all of my questions). He was not pushy at all and told me to give him a call when we were ready. We ended up ordering the Toucan Fort, and Derrick was again very helpful in explaining color options and everything else. We purchased the installation (very well worth it for $200), and 3 guys came out and put it together in ~2.5-3 hours. They communicated with me to make sure that they placed the swing set perfectly and that the swings, slide, and ladder/rock wall were placed in the right position. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait for my son to play on his new swing set.”

“Derek was my salesman and I truly believe he was God sent. I explained to him that I was on a budget and that this swing set was a surprise for my 3 yr old grandson. On my arrival to frog tree with my grandson (who actually thought we were going to the playground) Derek took the time to see exactly what the needs and desires of my lil man were. He set up the perfect swing set without breaking the bank. Everything went as planned from the picking out the perfect swing all the way to the arrival and set up of my swing. On another note I live in Houston and we just went through a hurricane. A lot of damage to surrounding properties but the "frog tree" .. swing set did withstand the 90 mile an hour wind gust. Best shopping experience I could have imagined......”

“BEWARE BEWARE!! (Posting on behalf of my mother in law) NEGATIVE stars!! Pretty upset, would not recommend this company to anyone. I originally purchased this swing set for my 12 month old grandson. Firstly, installation: when they came and installed the FIRST set, they over drilled the holes which resulted in the wood cracking on several places. I paid $350 extra to have them install it, I called and spoke with the company and they apologized and said they had some kids helping out for the summer and they would send someone out to replace the set. After they replaced the SECOND set, 3 months later, i am having cracking again. I called the company and they tried to tell me the damage was from a lawn mower, which I find strange since the play area is surrounded by sand, not only that but I do not have much grass AND a lawn service that ONLY weed eats around the fence line. they replaced two boards and after a while they began to warp, and crack again. I called the company to let them be aware of my issues and I was informed by “Gabriel” “They didn’t care if I weighed 300 pounds they’re stuff holds up”, they also informed me it was MY “ignorance for not knowing how wood works” but I feel like after only four months I should not be having these issues. Finally they came to pick up the second swing set because i was just tired of dealing with them, they did not even inform me they were coming to pick it up, they just showed up, because “they were in the area” did not even knock, and took the swing set. If it wasn’t for my daughter in law and sister being home to let me know they came by, (in an unmarked box truck) I would have thought someone stole it. After going back and fourth Very disappointed in not only the quality of the work, but also the attitudes of not only Gabriel, but also Derek, and Cynthia. Cynthia is in the woodlands office, and Derek and Gabriel work out of the Houston office. To follow up with rude experience they told me they hoped they never had to deal with me again. They have refunded my money at this point, but just be aware of not only how RUDE these people are, but your child could also be at risk of getting injured, they insure quality but obviously do not like honest feedback.”

“We bought the 6.5 Bengal Fort for our 3 grand-daughters to play on (ages 7, 4, & 2). Jarred was the representative that helped us, and he made the whole process very smooth and easy from A to Z. Our grand-daughters are in LOVE with their new playset!! Very sturdy material, and the delivery with install was worth every penny... they did a great job!! Couldn't be more pleased 😊”

“Went in there to purchase potentially a system, and they refuse to sell us one because we wanted to give something to the kids in an HOA I verified the insurance would cover and everything was good but yet they still refused To sell us their product.. Their product is good, but nothing special and I guess they know that because they only sell To who they want to.. Not a lot of faith in your product guys pretty sad overall.:: I would never do business with this company again after that experience”
