Turbo Air Conditioning & Heating Llc
HVAC Contractor · Houston, TX
About
Turbo Air Conditioning & Heating Llc works out of Houston, Texas, where they handle HVAC repairs and maintenance for homes facing the area's heavy humidity, dust, and temperature swings. The outfit takes on heating and cooling jobs that keep systems running through long summers and sudden cold fronts. Local homeowners reach out when furnaces or air conditioners act up, and the crew focuses on getting those units checked and back in shape without extra layers of hassle. Their approach centers on direct fixes for common issues like airflow problems and temperature control in residential setups around the city.
Technicians such as Reginald inspect filters, read temperatures, and point out system conditions before addressing a faulty damper in the furnace area. Robert handles air system and furnace evaluations with clear explanations on what needs attention. Ken shows up the same day for service calls, walks through circuit board functions, and covers basic heating and cooling operations so owners understand the setup. These visits cover full checks on existing equipment and targeted repairs that restore proper performance in Houston houses.
Customers often note quick response times, straightforward communication during visits, and solid explanations of what the technicians find on site, which builds some trust in the work. At the same time, results vary across jobs, with occasional reports of incomplete warranty coverage after major replacements and concerns over how outside workers handle bigger installs. That mix of feedback lands the company at a middling mark overall. DIRT Score 2.85 from 10 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Reginald came in and showed me everything about my system. He checked all my filters and checked my temperatures. He explained everything in detail and let me know what condition my system is in.After he came down from checking the furnace area I had a faulty damper and because I paid for an annual check up. One of my dampers was not working. And Reginald went out of his way to see what options that could resolve the issue. He called his manager and got me a new one at no extra cost. He did a fantastic job and I am very thankful. He called his manager Sean and he was very nice also. This is a great company and I will definitely be doing business with Turbo home services indefinitely. Thanks Reginald and Sean.”
“Technician Robert was very friendly and professional. He answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and clear about the condition of our air system and furnace. I give him a perfect star.”
“Ken came out the same day that I called for service. He was exceptional with great professional skills. He was kind enough to educate me on the basics of how the heating and cooling system works, as well as walked me through what exactly the circuit board should do and good it functions. Unfortunately for me, mine was not doing as such. At least he found where the problem lies so we can get it fixed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!”
“These guys hire freelancers. I replaced entire home system, and didn't know woukd have issues months later. Well turns out the guy did it on side without me know so I'm stuck out of luck with no warranty lol guess that's what the llc is for”
“On Saturday December 3 2023 my system was not getting hot I called Turbo air condition and they came out look at the system unit. 10 minute later checking out the system. he came back and told me your system needs to be rewired I said that’s fine go ahead and do it. got charge $350.00. I thought that was a lot just to redo the wire. few days later December 7, 2023 I called Turbo air to come out to check on the system and same gentleman, come out and looked again on the units, 10 minutes later, came back saying your system needs healing kit and that’s gonna cost you $1700.00. I was surprised I told him you did the rewiring and you burnt the heating kit You caused that issue he did not want to help me the only thing he said I’ll take $350 off the $1700 for the repair for heating kit. I told him I think that’s your responsibility for the repair. he did not want to help me anymore and he just told me to give him a call whenever I’m ready and then he took of. I ended up calling a different company they were more professional they fixed everything and only charged me $585”
