“Horrible and dishonest company. They give false information and overcharge your bill . Which energy company will charge you .30cents / kw. They are very good in manipulating and confusing you. They overcharge and refuse to fix the bill. The final answer from them is “ There is nothing they can do”. So I change the electrics provider and to hell with them. Be very cautious and look at your bill. I was 6 years with them and will never go back to them .”

“Scam artist! They try and tell you your rate is 12 cents per kilowatt then they read the final and it’s now 17 cents. We haven’t ran out AC but a few days this month and out bill is over $400!!! How can people afford to live when they price gouge you like that. The operators will lie to you and try and slide the actual number In there when they go to read the fine print! Watch out.
