“Karen the dispatcher helped me quickly and got Jason to come out the next day! Jason (who turned out to be the owner) came after hours (!!) to fix my a/c. They send you a picture of your service repair person with a. Google tracker before they get there which made me feel a lot more comfortable. He was nice, professional and did a great job fixing it quickly! He even had the boots on to protect the house from dirt. Also got the issue explained to me in layman’s terms. I will absolutely use UniServ again!”
