About

Weigand Interests, Inc. operates as an HVAC specialist right in Houston, Texas. They handle all kinds of air conditioning and heating needs for homes and businesses throughout the city. Houston's hot and humid weather puts a lot of strain on cooling systems, so locals rely on pros who know how to keep units running through the worst of the summer heat and occasional winter chills. The company brings practical experience to every job, focusing on straightforward solutions that fit the local conditions without unnecessary complications. Homeowners in the area face frequent system failures due to constant use and coastal moisture that leads to corrosion over time.

Their work covers installing new HVAC systems, repairing faulty units, and performing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns. Technicians deal with issues like refrigerant leaks, thermostat problems, and ductwork that needs sealing to improve efficiency in older Houston homes. Customers often call when their AC quits during a heatwave, and the team responds by diagnosing the problem on site and getting things back online quickly. They also handle ventilation improvements for better air quality, which matters in a city with high humidity and pollen counts. Work is done with attention to local building codes and energy efficiency standards that homeowners appreciate. Kevin and Austin have been noted in past projects for tackling commercial setups while keeping operations smooth for the client.

Customers have noted solid performance in getting jobs done right the first time and keeping prices reasonable for the quality delivered. Communication stands out as a strong point, with updates provided throughout the process so there are no surprises. Speed of response during peak seasons also gets mentioned positively by those who needed emergency fixes. The mix of reliable outcomes and fair dealings adds up to the overall rating. What Customers Say

Working with Weigand was a great business decision. Kevin, Austin and the Weigand Auction team recently helped me auction some of my commercial ground. As an entrepreneur you are often left to make the majority of decisions solo. By hiring the Weigand Auction team I then had knowledgeable business partners to talk through all of my commercial real estate wants and needs. I had a bit of a unique situation and Kevin took a lot of time talking things over with me.... again and again, to assure we had the best game plan. Along with being very patient during it all and letting me stay involved in each step. Kevin and the team provided great insights, knowledge, experience and connections. I truly enjoyed working with the Weigand Auction team!

Stephanie Carlson is an amazing realtor! We used her to buy and sell and she made the process so easy. She communicated constantly with us and made sure we were on track for everything. We will be forever grateful for everything she did for us!

We have known Kari Higgins over 20 years and she has been our realtor for three purchases and two sales. She is more than our realtor, she is a friend. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was recommended to Daniel Touchatt as a commercial real estate agent, so I decided to look into his background. However, I found conflicting information about his location, he’s listed as a Kansas-based agent but appears to be living in Florida. This made it unclear where he is actually conducting business, which raised some concerns for me. When I reviewed Daniel’s social media, I was hoping to see professional content focused on real estate expertise, client success stories, or market insights. Instead, much of the content was centered on unrelated and questionable claims, which made it hard to gauge his credibility or focus on real estate. Ultimately, I chose to work with someone else who was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely helpful. They prioritized understanding my needs and providing clear guidance, which gave me confidence in my decision. My review reflects my disappointment with Daniel’s lack of focus on real estate and the contrast with the professionalism I found elsewhere. I would encourage anyone considering Daniel to carefully research and make sure his services align with their needs.

The realtor who sold the house was Lori Newfer, My mom bought a house with her only to find out on the day we’re supposed to move that the house isn’t ready for someone to live in. They did the job the next day, but bottom line is all the things they said they would do they didn’t and the selfishness making everything seem like our fault. See it from our perspective.
