“Haven't had work with them done, but if they run their business the way I was taken care of, this is an amazing team. My engine splash shield has been ziptied to my car for a couple weeks and today they snapped with the wind. I had no other choice than to continue driving and either hope it held on till I got to where I was going or hope it fell off and didnt damage my car or someone else's. Thankfully, one of the mechanics on this team passed me and stopped with me to ask if there was anything he could do for me. After just asking if he had any zipties I could use, he asked to take a look to see if there was anything else he could do. He ended up taking the splash shield off (I was not able to do myself) and putting it in my trunk so I could drive home safely. While I dont know his name, he took time out of his day to help a stranger in need and I think if everyone at this company is the same, this is a mechanic company I would always trust!”

“Horrible people slandered me and my 73 year old mother to a 3rd party (recorded) after damaging our system and not fixing it but spent time instead backstabbing us and I have audio of it so please sue me I can’t wait! You people should be ashamed setting around laughing about 73 year old woman’s problem instead of trying to help, it’s disgusting! And probably criminal. Sorry excuses of human and no professionalism whatsoever!”

I have spent two years with other companies having the same issues every summer with my air conditioning and would just get the same routine service of charging the unit and cleaning it out. This year I switched to WMS. They have been prompt each time I have called. They are thorough and send me pictures of the issues. I have had a couple issues this year but each time they have dug in to find they exact problems and not just give me a routine run down every time. They have been polite and updated me every step of the way. Top notch!”
