About

Timothy Michael Woodruff works as an HVAC contractor based in Johnson County, Texas. His focus stays on keeping homes comfortable through the area's tough climate swings. Summers bring intense heat that can knock out air conditioners fast, while winters call for reliable heating when temperatures drop. Homeowners in this part of Texas often run into problems with older units struggling against high humidity and dust buildup. Woodruff steps in to address these daily challenges that come with maintaining systems in rural and suburban spots around the county.

In his line of work, Woodruff takes on full installations of new heating and cooling equipment when old units fail beyond repair. He also handles routine maintenance calls to clean coils, check refrigerant levels, and replace filters before small issues turn into big breakdowns during peak summer months. Emergency repairs for no-cool situations get priority since Johnson County homes can become unbearable without working AC. Technicians like him often troubleshoot electrical problems in thermostats or fan motors that stop circulating air properly. This keeps everything running without homeowners having to wait through long delays in the busy season.

Feedback from homeowners in the area points to average marks across speed of service, the lasting quality of repairs on units, and how clearly things get explained upfront. Price gets better notes as competitive for the region, but some jobs leave room for tighter scheduling and follow through. This mix of comments from the reviews shapes the overall standing for Woodruff's HVAC services in Johnson County, Texas. DIRT Score 3.01 from 22 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

One of the most unprofessional doctors offices I’ve ever encountered. I show up early to my 3:30 echo appointment after I took off of work and drove an hour there only for them to say their echo tech leaves at 12 on Tuesdays (I’ll add I was 35 weeks pregnant). I even got not 1, but 2 separate confirmations text for the appointment. I asked why I wasn’t called and told this when my appointment clearly says ECHO in their system, knowing that the tech wouldn’t be there. They say hang tight, we will try to find another tech in the building to do this. 35 minutes later they say they can’t find anyone. A few minutes after I left I called and asked them how I can get my previous heart monitor results and the receptionist says she isn’t sure and transferred my call. No one answers, so I called back and asked to speak with the doctor. She says they’re in with patients, even though Dr Paisley had no problem taking a phone call right in the middle of my initial appointment mid-conversation with me. To top it all off, had to pay $17 for parking and endure another hour drive home. A joke of an office…no one knows what they’re doing. Won’t be returning.

Dr. Woodruff is AMAZING! It took us a few tries but thank God she found my problem and took immediate action. Her nurse, Donna, always calls me right back & answers all my questions! Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment to see Dr Wood on Oct 7th 2024. I received a confirmation for an appointment for November 21st 2024. On the day of the appointment I took off work and drove an hour to her office to have medical services provided. Upon arrival I was told Dr Wood cleared her schedule and took the day off and no other doctors were available. This is extremely unprofessional. I understand if they need to reschedule but not to notify a patient is unacceptable. Doctors who want to remain certified need to be held accountable for their actions, medical and administrative. Behavior like this without consequences creates a perception that it acceptable.

10/16/2025 Today I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Woodruff. I was put on hold 2 times and the 3rd time I was told to give my number and would get a call back due to multiple people checking out (15 minutes). Wasn’t given a name but recognized the voice. My call for an appointment was just as important. Not happy

The front desk receptionist is HORRIBLE ! First thing is she LOVES putting people on hold ! Secondly, This place has apparently NOT even received my referral and it has been since APRIL 28th!!! It is NOW MAY 6th!!!!! I asked to email them my referral and she told me they didn’t even have an email to send over the referral to . HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL ! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!
