Yarflo'S Services
HVAC Contractor · Houston, TX
About
Yarflo'S Services operates from Houston, Texas and centers its work on HVAC systems for homes across the city and surrounding areas. The local climate brings extreme heat and humidity that strain air conditioning units year after year, leading to frequent service needs for both new construction and older properties. Homeowners often face breakdowns during peak summer months or require upgrades to keep systems running efficiently against constant moisture and temperature swings. The company handles these demands through regular maintenance visits and targeted repairs that address the specific stresses placed on cooling and heating equipment in this region.
Technicians respond to calls for unit diagnostics, refrigerant checks, and full system replacements when older models fail under Houston conditions. Kevin Burnette handled recent service visits by walking through problems step by step and making sure every question received a clear answer before finishing the job. Support staff such as Maria coordinate schedules and push jobs forward while other team members handle on-site fixes for compressors, thermostats, and ductwork issues. Some homeowners reported delays in responses after initial visits, with mixed notes on how staff balanced work and personal matters during calls, yet the focus stays on restoring comfort quickly when temperatures climb.
Feedback shows solid marks for speed on certain jobs and clear explanations from technicians like Kevin, though quality and communication scores vary across the full set of reviews with some complaints about follow through on repeated problems. Price perceptions remain average while workmanship draws both positive notes on patient service and criticism when issues persist after initial repairs. DIRT Score 3.86 from 111 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“It seems many people are experiencing the same issues as we are when it comes to the poor quality and service provided by this company. Our floors were put in only 2 years ago when our home was built. All of our floor is now bowing up in multiple places. We tried to submit a claim and were told "It's no longer under warranty" mind you LVP floor is supposed to last at least 10 years IF ITS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. This company does not care about quality or honoring their work whatsoever. We were given the runaround. We were told the floor would be redone after a tech came out to evaluate it and confirmed improper install. Now months later, we are having to look into replacing it with another company. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere far away from these scammers.”
“Customer service lady Maria is awesome! So Professional and get things moving quick and stress the contractors to pushing them with extra work. but the others not quite professional as they will mix professional with personal life and flirt around with the contractors and text them with not work related things. which is not professional at all and should be looked at and spoke to about. Please keep it professional ladies!”
“I had a new home built and the floors had to be replaced in February of 2022. Now the floors are all bowing up and being told nothing they can do. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Stay away from this company.”
“Kevin Burnette assisted us with some flooring issues the other day, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He is extremely professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to carefully explain everything and ensure our concerns were fully addressed. Kevin’s attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of flooring assistance”
“Missed work on three different occasions waiting for repairs on my new home. Repair person never showed. I'm not waiting for a 4th no show. I'll hire someone else to do repair.”
