“I have been very very disappointed with the Overall experience working with Eric and his company. He continue to reassure about completion of our office suite within time limit ( 4-6 weeks) and I continue to make my weekly payment as he asked for, but no effort done to finish the task. Despite being busy physician, Every day I go twice to check the progress of work done. But to my disappointment its only one or two people doing some small task (e.g painting the suite for 2 weeks). When I call him to ask why only 1-2 people are in suite, his typical response, tomorrow onward 4-6 people coming, and they it will be finish in no time, Now more then 6 weeks has passed and work is way beyond the completion, Not even a single inspection done per the city of Houston permit website , forget about your the getting the certificate of occupancy. His callousness toward the project is beyond the imagination. I cannot convince him enough that how much financial loss my business' is suffering, because of him not taking the project seriously. I have given hope and its only god will know how many more month he will take to finish the project. Response to reply 8/15/2023 Please explain how you have calculated 90% completion ?? - Electrical - not done, Not even you applied for permits or rough in in 6 weeks period - Plumbing -not done- Not even permit applied - Structural - Not done, 7 doors are missing, 5 metal door frame is missing. - sheetrock - more then half of the suite is not painted. - Floor put before doing the Walls and painting and not covered, caused significant damage and may need to redone now. you have received $49,727 up to July 23rd 2023. out of your estimate of $57000. and if our photos are old , why not you update the current picture, you went to the suite on 8/14/2023 to collect your tools. You can also see the metal studs you have installed in last 2 pic , They are broken. I have to rip the Sheetrock to get the electric inspection pass . Who does that ?? after I trusted you for our office suite?”

“I would highly recommend Eric and his crew. Met him through a friend, couldn't be more happy. Worked on my townhouse, outstanding job and within budget and on time. Hired him again for my house in Ft Worth, built a shed, fence and repainted the house. Laid rocks redid the flower beds and so much more. Bought another house and currently doing all the work from replacing the roof to laying the floor. Painted all inside, replace all fixtures. Just an outstanding job. There is not enough words to describe just the outstanding job he does”
