“Easy in and out for truck drivers. Shipping and receiving driveway past employee parking lot on left. You will pass in front of business to driveway. Do not park in employee parking or A1 market its to tight. Just save your headache an find other parking.”

“I placed an order for a new pan with Aspen Manufacturing three weeks ago and sent payment promptly. Today, I learned that they never received or even noticed my order, email, or payment. To make matters worse, they admitted the pan hasn’t even been made yet—and informed me they would not expedite production or shipping, even though the delay is entirely on their end. This level of incompetence is staggering. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service makes me wonder how they are still in business. I would strongly caution anyone considering Aspen Manufacturing to look elsewhere for reliable service and timely fulfillment.”

“Potential buyers beware! I purchased a new replacement AC unit with an Aspen coil on 6/22/2021. The installer had to recharge the unit on 6/12/23. At that time the installer refilled the refrigerant with leak detection fluid. On 9/19/2023, the AC unit stopped working again. The installer came back and found that the coil was defective. Aspen will cover the part itself. However, they do not cover the labor and charging to replace THEIR DEFECTIVE PART. To date, we have spent $1,800 to service a $4,400 AC unit that isn't even two years old. I will make sure that we NEVER purchase another system with Aspen parts in it!”
