When our AC unexpectedly went out this week, Carlos went out of his way to make sure our problem was diagnosed promptly and helped us every step the way to get a new unit installed in a timely manner. Jimmy and George arrived promptly during the service window on the day of installation, and spent several hours making sure the HVAC exchange went smoothly and without incident. They were cautious with all the equipment and made sure everything was cleaned up after. Extremely professional from start to finish- highly recommend!”

“I was told the issue was ductwork leaking that is causing my ceiling issue. The tech never went into the attic and only took photos of the equipment in the service closet. AHS denied the request because the diagnosis submitted stated plenum was the issue. The tech never mentioned this and never provided a billing statement describing the issue. After calling their office I was sent a blurry copy of the statement that is not legible. Clearly a waste of $125.”
