“Robert and Kevin did a great job. I was the last delivery and they still made sure my single oven fit well. They were very patient and it was late on Friday so while I wasn’t happy about the time, there was a website to see the progress of the deliveries so I wasn’t surprised. I will say one thing to the company though and that is to fix your system. Since they were after hours I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to confirm that they would still come so late, and in fact Saturday morning I got an auto call saying they would soon be arriving at 7:30 PM or so. I was glad Robert called to confirm.”

“Ordered a New Whirlpool refrigerator, They brought it out and installed the doors wrong, so it is not working. I called they said owe its broke call whirlpool for warranty work. The refrigerator that was in the house working fine, they damaged the right french door then installed it wrong as well. When I asked to have them come fix their mistake, I was told they would call back with an appointment for that. Guess what two days later and still have not received a return phone call in regards to an appointment or the damage they did to the door. Stay away from Texas Installs! If your ordering a new appliance ask for someone else to deliver and install the new appliance and save yourself they hassle and frustration.”

“This company is absolutely terrible and full of liars. They handled an appliance install for our builder home and installed it so that the door was smashing up against the countertop. The door is also super janky when opening and closing. Our builder set up an appointment for them to come look at it, they came out and lowered the oven so that the door wouldn't hit the countertop, but it's still off kilter. For the janky opening and closing, they couldn't solve the issue and said it shouldn't be acting like that and said that they would simply swap the oven out since it's under warranty. They said they would have it done the following week. Now we hear from our warranty rep that the company says they can't swap it out and that I need to handle it myself with the appliance manufacturer. So, either the employees on Friday lied, or the company is lying to the warranty rep, but either way, this company employees liars and offers crappy work. The oven was even installed without a light bulb, so that's three defective issues from their install that they didn't care to fix or address. Awesome job.”

“I bought a refrigerator from Frigidaire, but sadly, they use this company as a third-party service for delivery and installation. I was informed that my delivery would take place on Friday, August 8th, between 8 am and 5 pm. Unlike other companies, there wasn't a 4-hour window, so I had to miss work to ensure I was nearby when they called within 30 minutes to let me know they were on their way. At 3:30, I reached out to the company for an ETA to make further plans, but the receptionist told me there was no ETA available and it might be after 5:30 pm. By 7:30 pm, there was still no delivery, no call, and no one showed up. They rescheduled the delivery for today without notice and called when they were on their way, but that didn’t give me enough time to leave work and be there for the delivery. I strongly advise against using this company; they are disrespectful and don’t value people's time.”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. There was a coordinated service call scheduled between this company and another company to move my subzero fridge. They arrived and the other group was going to arrive 15 minutes later. They told me they couldn't wait. I called the company asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he already talked to me and wouldn't come to the phone. I told the receptionist and let her know that I was told the other group was close by and asked if their guys could wait 10 minutes until they got to my residence.
