“Cody was amazing. He responded quickly to our request and came out the same day to fix our A/C. While he was here, he was extremely friendly, and he did a great job of explaining the issue we were having. He made it a point to get the part we needed and fixed it the same day. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.”

“Authentic Air was recommended by a neighbor and boy did they deliver! Our furnace did not turn on last night when the temperature dropped to 35 degrees and it was 62 degrees in the house. Cody with Authentic Air was readily available, professional and honest. He found out that our 2 year old furnace circuit board was malfunctioning. Fortunately they had a replacement part available in San Marcos and under warranty. He came in at 9:20am, traveled to pick up the replacement part, and finished installation by 11:30am. Would recommend him to anyone.”
