“Otis Collins is a very thorough and patient technician. He explained everything prior to working on the unit. He explained all of the good, maybe, and possible problems. He showed me what was wrong from previous technicians that came through my home warranty company. He took his time and made sure that everything was working properly. He even came back out late on a Friday night because water was leaking from the attic. He identified the problem. Turned off the unit and his team was back out on Saturday morning. Everything is working properly. We will continue to use Team Collins because of Otis. We will not go back to using our Home Warranty company. They costed us more money than we saved. It is just TOO HOT in Texas to be without AC while jumping through hoops with the Home Warranty company... Choice Home Warranty, First American, and Select Home Warranty. They all make you beg for help or to approve claims, only to delay the repair until you give up.”
